Delete your data

Use this page to request deletion of selected personal information while keeping your PoultryCore account active.

How to submit your request

Requests are handled by the PoultryCore Privacy Team. We verify account ownership before deleting information to protect you and your organisation from unauthorised requests.

  1. Open the prepared request

    Select the button below to open a pre-addressed email to admin@craftcart.app.

  2. Provide your account details

    Include your full name, PoultryCore phone number, and organisation or farm name. Also identify the data and date range you want deleted.

  3. Complete identity verification

    We may contact you through the phone number or email already associated with the account. Never send your PIN in a deletion request.

  4. Receive confirmation

    We will confirm the outcome after the request has been verified and processed, or explain any information that must legally or operationally be retained.
